Monique Baumann.
After completing foundation courses at art schools in London and Zurich, she studied graphic design at the Lucerne School of Art and Design. Since 1990, she has worked as an independent artist and illustrator.
Her work was published in various international magazines and books and has received numerous awards. In recent years, she has participated in group shows at Palais Liechtenstein, Feldkirch, Austria (2004); Galerie Gruner + Jahr, Hamburg, Germany (2005); at Palais de Tokyo’s Hypegallery, Paris, France (2005); and in Zone, Chelsea Centre for Arts, New York, USA (2007). Solo Exhibitions Showroom Rüegg-Naegeli AG, Zurich (2010); and Studio Exhibitions (2009, 2010, 2011).

Monique Baumann lived and worked in Zurich and Paris for 15 years before choosing Zurich as her homebase in 2010.
